The circular symbol of the mandala signifies the transformation of the universe from suffering into joy, originating from East Asia over a thousand years ago. Release pains from the past and dissolve the stress of the future to relax into the gift of the present now. Let go of attachments and old patterns as you develop interpersonal growth and collaborate with inspiration.

This workshop will help you:

  • Be in the present

  • Reduce stress

  • Let go of attachments

  • Develop interpersonal growth

  • Collaborate with inspiration

  • Connect with the beauty of nature

  • Recognize the core of our being

  • Realize “Aha!” moments of self-discovery

  • Cultivate emotional awareness

While the circle has been a symbol of oneness in spiritual traditions around the world, mandalas have been developed by Buddhists in Tibet, India, Nepal, China, Indonesia, and Japan. This workshop is inspired by, but different from, the traditional practice of mandala making.

The nature mandala workshop in May was a wonderful success.

We will gather together to create a collaborative, healing mandala using natural elements we discover on the land. This meditative experience arises from within as an expression of what is happening in our lives. By listening to the gifts and messages of the elementals in our environment, we tune in to our soul’s purpose in connection with each other. We channel the grace of the enchanting shapes and colors from the world around us into a beautiful form of art in union.
